Saison was much improved since our last visit. The service was much faster-paced and friendlier. On-time and really attentive to the guests' needs this time. The food remains exceptional with a particular focus on fish (raw or cooked) and seafood. Very refreshing menu with memorable presentations! For yet another time deserts were inferior to the savory part of the menu (appears to be common with restaurants in San Francisco). We preferred not to drink the steaming hot tea at the beginning and the end of the menu, in fear of ruining the rest of our meal.
