Undoubtedly the best view for a restaurant of its magnitude in New York City. Thomas Keller has distilled his philosophy about cooking perfection in this restaurant. Every time we look forward to classics, such as oysters and pearls, and enjoy the new creations. The pasta dish with shaved white truffles was once again amazing! The night always finishes in the most memorable way, with a sea of chocolates and mignardises filling the table. Service is formal, and attentive to detail. The dining room is spectacular with a beautiful central fireplace. An amazing night!
