As always our visit at Chef's table was another unforgettable experience! Chef Ramirez is a true master of his craft! He uses the most exclusive, fresh ingredients and creates unique tastes that remain with you for ever. The chef is very engaging and welcoming to his kitchen contributing to the intimacy of the experience. No photographs are allowed to avoid disturbing the flow of the dinner. The menu as always starts with several courses of sashimi. Subsequently, we enjoyed some of the chef's classic dishes including sea urchin with truffles, caviar, king crab, foie gras, abalone, wagyu beef, and duck breast. One of the most intense new tastes was a tomato, which was cooked for over a day and was offered as a side dish! The frozen chocolate souffle was a surprise for everybody. Airy and light was the perfect desert to accompany this dinner! Service was impeccable, warm, and engaging. One of the most complete and fulfilling experiences we have ever had!
