Every visit in this restaurant confirms our belief that Chef's table is one of the best, if not the best, restaurant in New York. Guests are seated around a bar that faces the kitchen where chef Ramirez works. He personally greets you to his kitchen and is always engaging about the food and the preparations. He constantly would give us cooking tips for several ingredients. As we have said before, pictures are not allowed. The menu starts with several courses of sashimi. Every course is an explosion, making you want more. Chef Ramirez cooks with some of the best ingredients, including ossetra caviar, white truffle, sea urchin, and wagyu beef. All of them are used in abundance to create unforgettable flavors. Everything flows seamlessly, resulting in one of the most amazing culinary experiences we have ever had!
