Another phenomenal experience at Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare. In one of his last appearances in the original location of this culinary institution, chef Ramirez delivered an impeccable menu featuring the best ingredients of the season. As always, he created the perfect marriage between Japanese and French traditions. His classic dishes including sea urchin, foie gras, and wagyu beef were executed to perfection. A new dish featuring multiple vegetables cooked in different preparations and combined in an artistic presentation created by chef Ramirez in front of the guests was the highlight of the menu. This dish was a true testament to the talent of the chef, with ingredients he doesn't frequently experiment with. Deserts were as always light, and appropriate for the tastes, textures, and intensity of the rest of the menu. The frozen chocolate soufflé was exceptional as always and completed the dinner in the highest possible note. The service was welcoming, engaging, and attentive to detail. All the front of the house stuff were extremely knowledgeable on all the complex preparations involved in the beautiful creations we tasted. We are looking forward to visiting the restaurant after its relocation!
