Located in downtown NYC, this is one of the up and coming restaurants of the city. This very small venue is following the bar concept. Guests are seated in stools around a central cooking area. Most of the ingredients have been prepared earlier in the day, with only last minute cooking and plating taking place. Every course is a surprise with a menu that escalates in taste and inspiration! Chef Lightner exhibits creativity and experimentation. He plays with parallel images in his food presentations. His service works like a well oiled machine. Friendly and welcoming. The experience peaks with his sweet creations. Certainly some of the best deserts in NYC!
