Alinea never ceases to amaze us... Incredible staff and ambience, but the food is certainly the protagonist. Chef Achatz brilliantly submerges his guests in his world of culinary experimentation. Tastes, smells, textures, and sounds give every dish a unique character that will remain forever in your memory after your experience here. Achatz is a master of deception. Everything on your table is fair game for his creations. Center pieces turn into food items, whereas guest participation is central in finalizing some dishes. Liquid nitrogen shapes the final form of your course and assists in some table-side cooking. Without a doubt, the peak of your experience is the desert plated on the table by the master himself.
